Is this good/bad or just so-so for my skin? Desperate to be clear of acne!!!?

Ugh, okay so i'm a freshman in highschool, and am DESPERATE for my skin to be C-L-E-A-R. I have extremely oily skin, it runs in my family. I try to keep my skin under control, and for being so oily i think i do a good job. But i was wondering, i use such a variety of different products EVERYDAY that it probably can't be very good for me, can you please tell me if my following routine is more bad for my skin than good?

I wash my ace with a combination of Proactive Cleanser (exfoliating cuz it has the little beads)..which is...2 or 2.5% benzolyl peroxide...a little pink facial scrub for more exfoliation, Oxy maximum 10% benzoyl peroxide, pat dry use noxema toner (acne blemish astringent w/ 2% salicilic acid and acne medic.) and Acne Free, acne and blackhead terminator 10 % benzoyl peroxide (spot treatment but i put it all over)

Since i have been doing all this (about 2 weeks) i have had VERY few pimple on my face, but i don't think it could POSSIBLY be good for me...what do you think?
oh, and does anyone know about what age your hormones (especially the ones which effect your skin) begin to calm down and you stop breaking out?

  1. the best thing you can possibly use is milk of magnesia…seriously…it’s amazing. my skin is probably oilier than yours is and it works as good as $100 products…

  2. Anything that doesn’t over-irritate your skin but treats your acne is fine for your skin. As long as the results are good and you’re not experiencing too much sensitivity, redness, or burning, stick with it. It’s much *worse* for your skin to allow the infection, irritation, and swelling from acne to remain in it.

If you have extremely oily skin, you will be dealing with acne for longer than other people as yours is not due to merely hormones. However, you have developed a good regimen that works for you. Many other people have other problems to deal with: weight, hair loss, eczema, psoriasis, and much more serious health issues. So, it’s very annoying, but keep it in perspective.

If the results you’re currently achieving aren’t satisfactory, you should see a dermatologist who can prescribe stronger medications.

  3. All The Different Products Doesnt Sound Good But It Looks Like Its Working For You. If You Are Really Concerened You Can Go See Your Doctor I Did A Few Weeks Back And It Cleared All Mine Right Up
