Infection…face…pimples..ouch..help?
Everyone tells me I have a cute modelesque face but it has quite many impurities like pimples or random skin colored bumps and acne scars. On both of my cheeks I have an infection which I am taking prescribed antibiotics already. What can I do to subside the pain from those pimples bunched in together on my cheeks? They are red, irritated and my face is dry and oily...mostly dry...If i dont do anything they grow into more painful ones thats why I sometimes squeeze out the puss and white stuff out of them before they mutate into little scary monsters. There are many pimples in certain places on my face. Some other places are absolutely clear and pretty and shiny just perfect. But others are soooo ewww...How do I treat this fast? Ive been having pimples since I was 12 and i am 17 now. I am disgusted with myself. I want to clear out my face. Ive done some steaming with cammomille before but it doesn't really work. OH please, give me some idea of what I could do. Every night I wear benzaclin which is benzoyl peroxide on my pimples to get rid of them..It worked at first but now it doesn't. Ive done some yogurt honey healing masks but the redness on my scars and pimples is so persistent. School is in two days...and that really sucks because I have a crush. He has the most perfect skin Ive ever seen and he likes me too..but he only sees me in the cozy nice lighting of the school classrooms and hallways where the light hides my spots. I wear dermatological make up that covers my pimples up and makes it pretty.BUt please...any ideas what treatment I should do// at HOME..like....a steam...a soothing face mask for dry, pimply scarred skin?

Don’t pop that pimple right away. Popping a pimple prematurely, before you can see the puss about to burst the skin, can cause a mild skin infection, a cyst (by pushing the infection further down into the pore), or even worse, a terrible scar. Wait until you can see the yellow puss about to break through the skin.

Prepare for a small surgical pimple removing procedure. You’ll need a small sewing needle, a bottle of alcohol, some gauze (or a small band-aid), and some warm water. Some people think you’ll need to run a needle through a flame. This isn’t Dr. Quinn Medicine woman. Rubbing alcohol will do.

i noticed that when i wear makeup my pimples sort of go away temporarily. so thats what I do. i put on a moisturizing cream with .5% salicylic acid and then proceed with covergirl foundation and some blush to bring out the color in my cheeks. at night though, i do what ur doing now. i slather on some benzoil peroxide cream. when i wake up my face is really dry but after i wash up and go thru with my makeup routine my face is clear and healthy.

First, you shouldn’t pop the pimple. This can leave scars, red marks, and spread the pus, to create more pimples. Also, the makeup may be part of your problem, because that could clog your pores even more.
I am fourteen, and had horrible acne for two years. If your case is bad enough, you may be eligible for a medicine treatment called Accutain. This is a very strong pill, that you will take every day, for six to eight months. Accutain will change the way your skin is, so when you’re finished with treatment, you will never have acne again. (In most cases)
The only downsides to Accutain is that you must remember it ever day for six months, you can only get the pills once a month, after you take an online test (this can cause major birth defects, and depression, so you have to say you know what you’re doing. Also you must have one form of birth control, even if you aren’t sexually active), and have a blood test, so the government knows that your health levels are normal. went through all of this drama, and believe me if it is bad enough, you will try it.
