I would like to start taking a herbal pill for acne treatment & using a natural cleaner. Any suggestions?

I have tried tons of over the counter products that dont work for me and i wash my face every night. I think that i try so many things that my face is dried out and irritated. I would like to use something that will work from the inside out (herbal pill) and still use a natural cleanser b/c i do wear makeup and need to cleanse my face daily. I've never tried this approach of using something gentler & using a pill. Anyone who has suggestions from personal experience would be appreciated!! Also know that my face has been breaking out for about 8 years, i have small blackheads in about every area on my face & some whiteheads but usually not big infected bumps. If i could just keep my pores from gettin these blackheads/whiteheads than i wouldnt pick at my face (bad i know) and i could have clear beautiful skin for once. HELP!! :) thanks
