i think this cleanser is giving me blackheads?

ok well i recently bought (2 weeks ago) the neutrogena oil free foaming acne wash and well at first it works pretty well and i saw a difference in my acne but then,i saw a couple tiny blackheads on my skin that i never saw before. and now it doesnt really do much of a good job in getting rid of my oily skin either..it cost me 10$ and i can't return it which totally sucks. in conclusion i am seeing some reduction in y acne using it,but it does NOT control oil much and im getting some blackheads on my face and i think that this cleanser is responsible for it!well should i continue using it? or shall i buy something else? i dont got much money so that is why im hesitant in throwing it away. ty.
please help!!

  1. you get blackheads from dirt andmake-up getting in your pores.. so u might be getting blackheads from spreading your make-up around with the cleanser.. you might wanna wash ur eye make-up off first then use the cleanser. its not the neutrogena.

  2. I really don’t Trust any thing by neutrogena, i use there products once and got serious break out……the Clear Skin that brand work good on me…

  3. If you think that it is giving you blackheads you should try something for blackheads. I have some neutrogena blackhead cleanser and it works good. But if you are concerned about shine you can try clean and clear shine control. They shouldn’t cost too much. Together they probably will cost 12 dollars. Hope this helps.

  4. i just got a facial from a licensed esthetician who told me not to use Neutrogena products to cleanse your face because they clog pores! so use something else! The Cetaphil brand is good. Or you could buy cleanser from the Mall that if you don’t like, you can return. They run around $16 – $20 at a reasonably priced counter and it is a money back guarantee.
