I have chest acne that is not really like normal acne. Please help.?

Alright so I'm 13 year old boy, so I've had acne for about a year now. I don't get it on my face very often and I have mild acne on my back. Just recently, my chest has been growing these little red bumps that don't itch or hurt or anything, they just look bad. I have tried to pick them because they look like they would be filled with puss, but when I do only blood comes out. Most of the marks are really low to my skin so it almost looks like an infection of some kind. I have tried the big brand names for acne, but they didn't seem to be working. I then used a milk of magnesia treatment which seemed to be working very well up until about a week ago. I'm not muscular, if that even makes a difference. A little help would be nice, but I don't want people answering this question just to advertise a product.

  1. use the Neutrogena Pink grapefruit body wash is great for acne on body
chest ,arms it makes skin alot clear also avoid any thick body creams
use only lightweight ones . also using Lemon juiced mixed with Glycerin
is good for pimples dab it on your SPOTs only nighly this works wonders
also Burts bees tea tree oil Blemish stick is really good.

  2. You could try Skincerity. It is a wonderful antibiotic acne clearance product that has had some amazing results when people use it.

  3. It’s probably because, A) you’re 13, and B) you might be sweating a lot. Try to wash with an anti-bacterial soap or body wash 2 or 3 times per day and any time you’re exercising or you feel sweaty. If you keep the bacteria to a minimum, you won’t get the bumps anywhere. You have to be consistent, but eventually they will go away.

  4.
