  1. Well of course you are going to break out all over your shoulders you wear like 5 shirts!! The sweat and dirt and all the grossness gets trapped in your pores… and honestly if you are looking for a quick fix you arent going to find it cheap. Ive noticed that really the only acne products that work at all, for any part, is the more expensive ones. Maybe you should get a job or ask your parents for more money so you can afford to buy the effective stuff, because drugstore meds arent gonna cut it.

  2. Acne can be hereditary, or you can get it from clogged pores or if you have really oily skin. I had really bad chest and back acne, but I got it cleared up. Your supposed to EXFOLIATE your skin 1-2 times a week. (Exfoliating means using products with micro-beads, to really penetrate the pores, and clean out all the junk.) I bought Saint Ives Exfoliating Body Wash. You can get it at CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, or Walmart. It works really good!! If you want it to clear up really fast, use it every day on your infected areas. Be sure not to overscrub, because that is really bad for your skin and makes it extremely dry. Just use it when your in the shower. After you wash your hair and all, lather it on your hands and apply it, then rinse it with warm water. Also, after you get a little more money, visit your doctor to get some perscription acne cream. It can get pretty expensive, but it’s worth it!! Hope I helped!

  3. I had bad acne until I went to a dermatologist. They won’t cure it overnight and they can be pricey, but if you want a longterm solution, it’s the best way to go.
Until then, you can cover things over with Neutorgina or Almay makeup (my dermo says they’re gentler) and wash with a gentle cleanser, like Clearasil, and put some tea tree lotion on your skin (believe it or not, it needs moisture).

  4. Ok, first of all, you need to radically improve your showering habits if they are not already intense! In order to lessen the amount of pimples on your shoulders and back, use a loofah or bath brush, add a good, deep-cleansing soap, and SCRUB, SCRUB, SCRUB! I used to have a slight pimple problem on my chest area, but once I started a good, long cleaning regime in the shower, my pimples have disappeared! Just don’t forget to clean those areas every day…doing it once every two weeks won’t exactly have optimal results.

Secondly, I’m not sure how much ten dollars will be able to help you, but here are some techniques for treating pimples: Try relaxation techniques to reduce stress, including meditation and yoga breathing exercises. When you wash your face use a soft touch, taking care not to rub or scrub your skin. You want to be good to your skin and never pop or squeeze a pimple no matter how tempting. It’s easy to treat acne cheaply, simply, naturally, yet effectively, at home. The treatment plan for acne includes trying to heal the pimples, stopping new pimples from forming, preventing scarring and helping reduce embarrassment. Never underestimate the healing, restorative power of a good night’s sleep. Use baking soda on a test area carefully for exfoliation, if you feel you need it.

You seem to wear a lot of bulky attire, so wash your face and clean it daily (at least twice – once in the morning, and once at night) in order to prevent your face from accumulating troublesome oil glops. Also, here’s a little tip for cleansing out your pores – if you have a humidifier or anything that releases steam, turn it on and then keep your face over it for a while to open your pores up (make sure you don’t have it set on searing heat!) This way, you’ll be able to get rid of all the dirt and bacteria hovering around on your face, and your medicine or other products will really be able to pass through your skin and attack the problem.

I hope this works out for you! =)

  5. why do you wear three shirts and two undershirts. proactiv has some wash for your back and shoulders that supposed to be really helpful

  6. I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
