  1. proactiv .. it works really well. it will deff. take away the acne, and reduce the appearance of the scars

  2. DON’T Expose To Sun: Not only do ultraviolet rays slow the healing process, the can discolor the scar. The sun stimulates the cells that produce pigment, and when your skin is sensitive and healing, it’s prone to discoloration. Cover the area with SPF higher than 15.

The next thing to do is to get an acne treatment clearing
routine. This often involves the using acne treatment
products for both day and night. These acne treatment
products usually come in the form of face washes, skin
exfoliates, cleansers, facial scrubs, and day or night
    creams.

  3. gurl you need some porative cuz it word real good.

  4. You need to see a dermatologist. You really do–if its that bad, medical help is your best option. If your mom still wont let you, try some bacne spray. Make sure that after any sports or activities that will make you sweat, you take a shower right away. You could also wipe it down with an astringent or toner. You could use any thing with Benzoyal Peroxide–you’ll FEEL it working! Good Luck!

  5. okay it wouldnt help as much as going to a dermatoligist
but it will make it better
go to cvs or whateve drug store u have
and get a body wash that helps u skin i unsed clean & clear but theres a lot of types just read the bottle there will be some!

  6. Hi I used to have the same problems. My scars went away eventually but in order to speed up the healing process you can buy some Palmer’s cocoa butter oil and put it on your skin while it’s still wet to help heal and condition the skin. As for the acne, I used Neutrogena body wash and it worked wonders. I stopped using it after I saw my breakouts weren’t coming back and I still don’t have any today so try that and hopefully by next summer you can be rocking some backless shirts!!!! Good Luck

  7. Acne – I use ProActive, it really works, the commercials don’t lie. Acne Scars – Use acnefree scar lotion, you can find it at any walmart, target, ect.
good luck, i know acne sucks but it’ll get better don’t worry =]

  8. Scrub and buffering creme helps remove dead skin cell buildup and rid skin of impurities and excess oil that can clog pores. Formulated with tiny scrubbing beads, gentle enough to be used by most acne-prone clients. Resurfaces skin for a reduction in the appearance of lines and wrinkles, a minimized appearance of pores, age spots and acne scars, and a more youthful, radiant glow.

  9. PRACTIVEE

  10. ProActive..make sure you are scrubbing jently in the shower with a mild jel cleanser….

  11. The only product that really works and can keep the acne from coming back is Retin-A Cream. It will even get rid of the red spots and scars. You need a prescription, but you can go to your regular doctor. Without a prescription on-line it’s pricey but with a prescription from the doctor its only about $7.00.

  12. I used to have the same problem. By the way…Proactive sucks. Don’t use it. (I speak from experience) The only thing that worked for me was to stay out of the sun as much as possible. Wear sunscreen (oil-free) and wash with a Salicylic Acid wash every morning and night. Wear clothes that are cotton so you’re skin could breath also. I hope it gets better!

  13. Make the paste of Rakta-chandan ( sandalwood ) and Turmeric with milk, and apply it over the pimples. More home remedies available at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
