I have just designed a spray on acne treatment. you spray it on wait 15 min then wash off. It really works on all types of acne and i make it at home but i dont know how to get started selling it. Does anyone no the steps i need to take? I also have a spray on hair product that works too. What are some good natural perservatives i could put in the hair product?
I need a full set of steps, plz.

First off you need a tax id, You need to register with your city you live in , You do have to pay taxes on what you sell, also get insurance, I suggest you go LLC,so if you get sued, you can be covered. I suggest you research if you have to ask about using a preservative.
Yeah not as easy as you think. Also write up a business plan
Also you don’t have to get it patent and no companies like Revelon or any other make up companies have their own scientist that they pay to create for their company.

if you had a website or put an ad in the paper then eventually people would notice and they would start buying.

first thing is get it patented. and then just start writing to companies like neutrogena and they’ll offer you money for ur invention.

Before you sell this product you will need to create a patent. You will need to talk to a lawyers office to be safe if this product you want to market is what you believe to be good. Talk to a lawyer and have your idea kept as only your idea.
