How to treat blackheads and acne on face and body?

I am having trouble controlling my blackheads and acne. I was wondering what kind of routine I should do in order to fix this problem.

  1. You never get rid of white/blackheads "for good". You have to get rid of them, then maintain a regimen to minimize their recurrence. You have a few options that I’ve used- Pore Strips, Blackheadmask-Before you use any method, I would recommend that you STEAM your face first. Be careful though. Get a pot, fill it half way with hot water, get it to boil. SHUT OFF the stove, and place your face above the steam. Again, be careful. You can also get a towel, soak it in hot water, and cover your face with it. Just make sure it’s not hot enough to burn your skin. Then, do whatever treatment you want to do. After the treatment/strip/mask- Rinse your face with COLD WATER, then close your pores with either 1.salicylic Acid, or 2. Benzoyl Peroxide/acne medication 3. Sulfur ( I use de la cruz 10% but it is very drying) 4. Tea Tree oil (I’m going to be trying this one soon) to kill the bacteria that causes them in the first place. Go to http://www.blackheadmask.com if you’d like to purchase the mask (20$) but shipping takes a couple of weeks. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

  2. Be sure to wash your face morning and night. Find an acne wash that works for you. I like using Biore’s blemish fighting ice cleanser in the morning, and proactive as a scrub at night. Using a scrub once a day will keep your pores clear and prevent acne, but using a scrub more than once a day may be too harsh for your skin and cause redness.

Click the link below for more tips from my blog. It’s a post that includes everything I know about preventing and treating acne.

  3. I would recommend Acneace!!!!
I used it, and after 1 months, my acne was COMPLETELY gone!
    Hope it works for you.
you can get From Google Search Acneace Official site. Good luck.

  4. In terms of treating acne when blackheads are a main concern, salicylic acid is probably your best choice.

Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid that originally came from white willow bark, but is now more often synthesized from aspirin. This mild acid breaks down blackheads and whiteheads by peeling the top layer of skin and clearing blocked pores. It’s also a keratolytic agent, which means that it has both exfoliating and antiseptic properties and can assist in shedding dead skin cells that can cause acne when they mix with dirt and sebum.

Salicylic acid clears acne without over-drying and is well tolerated by most people, including those with dry or sensitive skin.

One of the best benefits of salicylic acid over other exfoliants is that it is oil-soluble. This property allows it to get inside the oil of the pore to help clear out any sort of dead skin cells inside.

    Hope this helps!
