yeah i know its gross. but its SO embarassing and is totally shredding my self esteem. i've been dealing with its for about 4 or 5 years. any easy and cheap solutions?
neutrogena makes a body wash that also gets rid of acne. its in their oil free acne wash line. it costs between 10-15 dollars and smells really good. you also save money because you dont have to buy a bunch of separate products!
You need to see a dermatologist who specializes in acne. Be on the watch out for allergies, some allergies to soap, or over the counter can make acne much worse.
Try lavender oil. Apply this oil on the back acne everyday for minimum 15 days or else apply fresh Aloe vera juice or the gel and wash after a few hours. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day to avoid bacteria buildup. Don’t pick at it lol. You need to change a few things in your lifestyle, eating healthy and getting a lot of sleep can totally clear up your acne. There are a lot of things you can do that are natural and don’t cost a lot of money.
