   Witch hazel works great to prevent acne and may help with whiteheads, apply with a makeup pad. I use this instead of soap. For the scars get some vitamin e capsules – 400 iu the d-alpha tocopherol (the DL one is synthetic and not as good)

   with a sterilized pin pop open the capsule and apply it to the scars – it may take some time but it will fade them.
