how to get rid of acne on your back and chest?
i have pretty bad acne on my back and chest. how do i get rid of it? it looks terrible, and i would like to get rid of it now because its almost summer time. i eat very healthy and barely drink soda's.

oh my god. ive seriously had this same horrible problem since i was 13, and i still have it to this day, and now im 21. it seriously sucks so much. its horrible to feel insecure about wearing take tops or anything like that. for me, what i noticed helped alot, is a nice salt scrub. when i went to hawaii, me and my friends were playing in the ocean. they coverd my back in the salty sand from the ocean, and literally, my skin looked beautiful the week after scrubbing my back. when i got back home to the states, i decided to try the same thing. so i bought a nice salt ex-foliating scrub. the scrub i got is great, because not only does it have the salt, but it has essential oils in it (which is very good) to make your skin become hydrated after rubbing the salt on your skin. i noticed that if i use this once or twice a week at MOST, after a little while, my skin became more clear and soft. also, some advice. try your best not to pick at it. thats the problem i have. i subconsciously pick at my back and chest. try your hardest not to. and, do not pick them before you take a shower and use the salt scrub. i didnt think about it one time, and wow, that hurts SO bad. but the salt is very healing, and is a natural way to shrivel up your acne. hope this works for you. :D
