How to get rid of acne & oily skin?

i hate zit. i hate them so much. so I used to have perfect skin, it was smooth, toned and pretty with a silky feel until... it started to get oily. Now, I have an acne outbreak with several blackheads (not that much though) and whiteheads. It really grosses me out, I really don't like it. Whenever i look in the mirror, I can never feel pretty and it makes me depressed sometimes. So, naturally I wanted to get rid of it. fast. I tried oxy pads, and some retin A (perscription) and none of it worked so i started using acne free and that helped a lot but the cleanser sucked so I changed to a Garnier cleanser for oily skin and it helped too (nd i used the toner and liquid stuff from the acne free thing). But I still have zits on my chin and my nose that are really bad and little zits in other places. My friend got a pill to help her zits but my mom, who's a nurse, won't let me take them since they're like birth control in away and yeah... So, what am I supposed to do? My skin get so oily after like 20 mins of cleansing my face... Ughhh. I hate it so much. Can anybody help? It won't go away!

btw its sort of combination skin that turns into oily skin...

thanks :)

  1. Here are some natural treatments to get rid of pimples:

    1. Tea tree oil is a popular home remedy for pimple. It is an essential oil that is diluted and applied topically to pimple lesions.

    2. Zinc is another popular home remedy for pimple. A couple of research studies have found that zinc is somewhat effective.

    3. Garlic juice is an effective way as a natural pimple treatment because garlic is a natural antibacterial agent. It contains sulfur which is nature’s antibiotic.

    4. Honey contains potassium, which suffocates bacteria in pimple cells to get rid of pimples faster.

    5. Dandelion is very effective in fighting pimple. Use the complete dandelion plant.

  2. the best thing to do is STOP touching it. i know its tempting. but wait until it come to a head, ant make a tiny hole in it with something sharp. i used pointy tweezers before when i had acne. but never push it directly in. do it from the side, so it makes a really tiny hole. squish all the puss out of that hole. i know sounds discusting. to bring it to a head, you need to put hot, steamy water on it. and hold it there. it will make all the puss come to the top. puss is just white blood cells that have bacterica in them, so don’t be to grossed out. be careful though, because this could scare. so avoid this if you can.
use proactive. it works well. i have it. and it works so great. i love it. you can order it online, on the tv, or in some malls. i think the best way is online, because you dont pay until they give it to you. at the mall, it like $100!
here are some tips i have that might help you a little with clearing up you skin more. i hope that they help.
change you pillow case more often. your skin is probably oily so if there is oil on the pillow case, your face is pressed up against it all night, and that isn’t good. i change my pillow cases about once a week. try that.
also, stress can cause pimples too. relax more and see if it help. stress makes your skin produce more oil, and as you you, oil = pimples.
here is something i got in an email. i have never really tried it though, so it might not work. try it any way though, because it might be the one thing the clears up your skin for good.
    PIMPLES:
Three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder paste. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. If done daily for two weeks, it removes pimples from the root.
i know you said that you didn’t want to change you diet, but you should know that milk products can cause you acne, 2-3 a day. drink a lot of water.
wash your face, but not too much, because it could be clearing off all of the oil on you skin, causing your skin to make more quickly, before it drys out. so it might make too much. then you have a bunch of oil on your skin.
never touch your your! it causes your skin to get irritated. and that makes it break out. because touching your skin makes dirt go in more. and causes more oil to be produced.
well…that’s all i know about acne. i hope i helped you. good luck.
ps. there are a lot of really good tips in the proactive booklet. that’s where i got a lot of the information from. :)
