How do you treat acne spots?

I have deep acne spots on the back of my shoulders and it is from my detangler and heat protectant after my shower. Now I know how it started I wear a tshirt when I do my hair and not a little undershirt

In general though, does anyone know how to fade those ugly spots. Is there a loofah, a treatment to fade them?

  1. I had the realllly deep kind of scars from acne on my face…the kind that are dark red and even have a little indention in your skin. I see a dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon every couple months and I buy a 1 ounce bottle of professional glycolic acid for $50 without a prescription at their office. Yes it is expensive but it lasts 3-6 months. I SWEAR by this stuff..it has faded every single scar I have had for years and it is the most amazing product I have ever found for acne and scars. It also treats existing acne within 1 day. I would call around a few cosmetic surgery offices and ask if they sell glycolic acid.
    Good luck! :)

  2. proactive is what i use for face breakouts
