How do you get rid of this kind of pimple?
I have this huuge painful zit right under my nose from whiping/blowing it because of allergies. Its the kind that's under the skin, inflamed, red and hurts a lot. It reminds me of a cyst more than a pimple, but its not quite that bad. I've tried putting hot water on it to make it come to a head but it still hasn't.
My mom suggested putting rubbing alcohol or isopropyl alcohol on it to kill the bacteria inside. All that did was make a top later of skin flake off on it. I wash my face twice a day with a facial cleanser and don't normally get acne, so I'm not ever sure how to treat these kinds of zits.
Is there any treatment, home remedies, over the counter product to help get rid of this pimple/cyst thing? Its really painful when i laugh or smile due to the awkward location of it, so any advice would be great.
Thanks in advance

Ouch sounds like it hurts! D:. First thing to do to get rid of redness, swelling or inflammation is to put cold on it. For example get a plastic baggy and fill it with ice and press it on your nose. Do this for about 15 minutes or until the redness has stopped. Avoid any creams, make up or facial cleansers until it is better. Keep washing your face twice a day. If your face is oily even after this, wash it more often. If it is dry, wash it less often. To rise the pimple or help get the bacteria out of it, press a warm cloth on the spot for at least 5 minutes. Warm water opens up pores. Wash the area with soap, rubbing it in gently, cleansing the area. Rinse with warm water with cloth. After I like to soak the cloth in cool water and press it on. It is refreshing and seems to work for me.
I hope I helped.

This sounds like you have a papule (blind pimple), its deep within the skin so squeezing it will only make it go deeper and spread the infection, because its under the skin it also has no pore, the best thing you can do is use a cream called epiduo but you have to get it from your doctor, you can get a cream from your chemist that works really well too, I cant remember the name but it is a pharmacy cream with benzoyl peroxide and comes in different strengths, only use it on the pimple and it should start to clear up you just have to be patient (using more cream wont make it clear up any faster) Dont forget to cleanse and moisturize morning and night and exfoliate 2-3 days a week.

This has happened to me, it sucks bro!
But i put toothpaste on mine, that helps sometimes.
Also you could get a acne spot treatment
Or a over night pimple reducer cream.
Also keep putting heat on it, or put your face over a pot of boiling water and let the steam go on your face
