How do i prevent acne/blackheads?

I've had acne since 3rd grade! i'm in 11th grade now ... The way i get acne is i get these tiny white/blackheads and they eventually turn into big red pimples and they last for 3-7 days! this is how my acne has been working ever since and idk what to do! I've tried lemon, baking soda, honey, olive oil, salt, alcohol, tea bag , toothpaste, and many home remedies but none seem to work! ive been exercising, eating healthy and drinking alot of water, washing my face in the morning and before bed the past 2 months and i see no change! the only change is the oil on my face is gone.

  1. Your acne loves dirt and sugar (candies, chocolate etc.) I’m not saying your are dirty. I’m saying that you might want to cut down on your sugar. I have exactly the same problem. Just eat may be 1 candy a day. No more. Wash your face with soap each time you come from school to kill all germs on your face. You might want to try this product Clindoxil Gel. It helped me a lot. Use it for at least a month. But no more than a month and 1-2 weeks because it’s a very strong antibiotic. Don’t eat junk food and stuff. Eat a lot of veggies and garlic.

    Good luck!
