By the way i have like oily skin i guess.
I've used Proactiv(works for shit >:P), Clearasil or whatever its called and Clean and Clear and that Neutragena Wave thingy.

If your hair is longer and sits on your back/chest bare most of time that can cause that problem. Try Biore line, the ICE Cleansers are the best.
Also try Clinique Emergency Mask. Works very well.
Switching to new products often causes break outs as well.. It takes time for them to work so keep that in mind.

Buy some exfoliating scrub and scrub your face chest and back.

it really, really depends on your skin. like what kind of skin you have. trust me i have had the same problem for three years and it was really annoying and i tried eveything from moisturizers to Proactiv. Even Nutrogena or hwoever you spell it didn’t work. Scrubs and clean and clear. Most of them mess up your acaline..if you do that it will just get worse. if it is really that bad you shoudl see your doctor and talk to him/her about it. they mgith prescribe you something. if that doesnt work i dont know what will. hope i helped :]

a scrub would help get the dead skin off. Also use a some products with salicylic acid or benzol perozide. Whatever you do DON"T PICK because it leads to scarring! If your’e a girl….use mineral makeup because it doesn’t clog pores. and wash your face right after work or school. That should do the trick! If it gets persists or gets worse then I would see a dermatologist.

Try lavender oil. Apply this oil on the back acne everyday for minimum 15 days or else apply fresh Aloe vera juice or the gel and wash after a few hours. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day to avoid bacteria buildup.
