how do i get rid of stubborn acne?

I can say that my acne has calmed down a bit, but i still have this problem, my nose can get really red at times, and so can my cheeks, as well as my chin, the nose area can get really oily and is covered with small blackheads, Ive tried many things, but my nose still gets severely oily, my cheeks and chin are covered with acne bumps, I've tried almost all major acne treatments, to no avail. so i was hoping you could provide me with a skin care regime that will hopefully reduce my redness,acne, and blackheads.
