How do I get rid of chest acne?
I'm 15 and have had chest acne for roughly 2 years. It used to be okay, but it's gotten to the point where it's really bad and noticable. I've been to the doctor. I've been taking antibiotics. I use benzoil peroxyde in the shower. I don't know what to do. I have face acne and it's gotten a bit better. I also have some bacne, but not so bad or noticable. But this chest acne is horrible and I'm so sick of it, especially when I'm swimming. Can anyone help?

Hi,
Knowledge about your own body and combine with the power of natural remedies are the best way to clear acne and scar. Rub lemon on the effected area and let it dry before putting the aloe vera. Let it overnight.
Drugs, creams and typical acne treatments sometimes work in a partial way but the results are temporary and the side effects are nasty. The tiny handful acne sufferers who have learned how to clear their acne from within and without ever using drugs or over the counters are the only people in the world who keep their skin clear permanently.
I started having serious skin problems as a teenager in high school. I tried the different treatments available on the market, like the skin care creams, lotions, and cleansers. Nothing really gave me the results I was looking for. In fact, I found out years later that the same over-the-counter products I had spent money on and tried had assisted in worsening my acne condition. I mean I was only a teenager and I did not know what I was doing. I had just seen the commercials on TV and went to the local Wal-Mart or Target to buy what they were selling. The other side of it was my friends and family kept giving me advice on what products to try that they thought worked the best. Over the years and after much trial and error, I found out there are some things you could do immediately that gave excellent results. This is when I figured out the first real basic secret to having clear skin.

I would recommend using an oil-free body wash that contains salicylic acid daily, lightly exfoliating the area weekly, and a treatment mask containing clay weekly.
exfoliation helps to slough off dead skin cells, using small neads or grains. allowing products to penetrate deeper into the acne pustules and comedones. It also helps your body move bacteria and debris up to the surface of the skin, thus helping remove the acne-causing bacteria out of the skin’s system.
the sun is great way to help acne as well, but only in very small doses. make sure you use a broad spectrum SPF every single day, on the face as well as the body.
