steam! either get humidifier and let the steam just go on our face until your pores have opened or you can sit in a bathroom and turn the shower up on hot all the way and let the steam build up. but its alot easier to just a get a humidifier! after your pores have opened very gently press around the black head to try and pop them, i know i know everyone says not pop them, but people without blackheads dont understand that if you dont pop a blackhead it wont go away! its stuck underneath your skin! by using the steam to open your pores it makes popping them alot easier and more effective and less painful! you will be able to get the blackheads closest to the surface this way but the ones deeper in there will take awhile. After your done getting out as much as you can use a pimple spot cream and put a very light layer over the whole area where the blackheads are. this will dry off the dead skin making those deeper blackheads even closer to the surface!
i hope this helps, it helped me i feel your pain :/

I used to have bad blackheads but i started to scrub with a corse scrub cream twice a week. This would take away some blackheads and bring other deeper blackheads to the surface so I could prick them with a needle and then the head would come out that way. I also read about a month ago that spot creams have a certain chemical in it that help eliminate blackheads, the magasine I read it from is usually very resourceful for skin problems.

Girl, everyone had bad acne at some point!
It does suck though. I deal with this, too. Heres what i do.
First, there is a tool you can buy at drug stores, usually around the manicure tools and eyelash curlers and tweezers. It looks like this: http://image.normthompson.com/solutions/images/us/local/products/detail/81721.jpg
The tool has a loop on it. You put the loop around the black head, push down and then drag it across the skin. It basically forces it out of the skin.
Now, Take a SUPER hot shower, because it opens up your pores. Then as soon as you get out, use that tool on your nose. Then use something that has benzol peroxide, like Clean and Clear (or Oxy) facial scrubbing pads. It will hurt a little, because where the blackhead comes out, its technically open skin. But it protects it, and helps prevent it from clogging up again.
Alternatively, you can try and force the blackheads out using your fingernails (if they are long enough) but its a bit unsanitary, since your hands and nails carry bacteria.
Hope that helps! good luck!!

Clinique 3 step process works really well. Use the liquid facial soap, clarifying lotion, and the moisturizer. The people at clinique can find the right solutions to suit your skin needs. I use it myself and I NEVER get blemishes.
