How do I get rid of BAD body acne?
I have acne on the back of my legs, my back, my chest, my armpits, everywhere basically! I do not know what to do! Sometimes it also gets tempting to pick at them so it's kind of leaving marks. Any good advice that works quickly to clear up my skin? I don't want to spend too much either. Any natural home remedies would really be appreciated! Thank you!

I have had acne for most of my life and truly the best thing out there is Ivory soap. Twice a day, morning and night, is wonderful.
Now I recently purchased the mini xeno and have really liked the results on the more stubborn acne. It destroyed the pimple within hours. I couldn’t believe it! My best product is now the xeno. They offer your money back and it was well worth $85. I didn’t use it right the first few days and I messed up the counter so it’s not counting down! Not a bad thing since replacements cost so much! But the right way is to hold it on the zit for about 2 minutes. It leaves it slightly red but by morning the redness and the zit was gone and a few 90% gone.
My son has been to a dermatologist for his acne and the ivory soap works well. The doctor says it is the purest soap and recommends it as well. My son is non-compliant with the prescribed antibiotics and even had a severe respiratory reaction with one of them. So you can’t blame him for not wanting to use it. He refuses to try the xeno but I love it. He does have really large cysts on his shoulders and the ivory doesn’t help those at all.
The xeno doesn’t work for blackheads though, so I se the blackhead eraser for that. I also found a white mask years ago at Sallys made by "Beyond Belief" called Clean Pore Nose Peel and it is great also. It’s only five bucks.
It sucks having pimples….. And you have to spend money to get to get rid of them…. :(

proactive, at first it may look worse and oily, but this is just because it is cleaning out the pours. after a month you will defiantly see improvement!
just dont eat chocolate that much, i heard it triggers acne.
also i heard that if you put baby powder on your acne it will help it go away faster. [i have never tried it, but my friends have]
also, you have to keep clean by showering everyday and washing your hands a lot, bacteria is easily transferred.
good luck!! and i hope this helps =]

SEE a dermatologist and ask them about accutane. accutane makes people’s lives so much easier not having to worry about acne anymore. my friend is on it. she really loves it. see a dermatologist though!

The simplest easiest answer is: Bathe.
Wash your sheets twice a week.
Don’t sleep in your clothes.
Wash your HANDS constantly – the bacteria is transferred to your skin by touching your body with dirty hands.

You need to see a dermatologist if you want to get anywhere. If your acne is that bad, over the counter products aren’t going to do it. And natural home remedies REALLY won’t do anything. You should probably get on antibiotics to stop the acne from forming.

Talk to your doctor, he can probably help.
Use a loofah sponge in the shower to remove dead skin and allow the skin to secrete the oils instead of if building up in your pores. You could also try an over the counter body wash made for acne.

1. shower EVERYDAY, esp. if you work out. shower right after don’t walk around in your work-out clothes…
2. do not pick at them. it leaves scars, but if you do use rubbing alcohol right after to clean away the bacteria.
3. nuetrogena has a good bodywash for acne in most stores. it’s only like 5 bucks. also, the best brand i have found is phisoderm body wash- some grocery stores sell it. here’s the link to their product:

good luck!

Sounds like you have chronic acne, there are myths surrounding acne relating to diet which has nothing to do with it, you really need to go to see a dermatologist who will put you on a systemic treatment to treat the cause of the acne, it can be worsened by stress, it is generally inherited from a parent and is caused by hormones . to be honest you can put as many creams as you like on the skin and wash yourself ten million times but acne comes from deep within and is a soul destroying condition, face it head on and seek medical treatment, i did and never looked back

If your acne is all over your body, it would be advisable that you visit a dermatologist. she might prescribe you oral contraceptive pills, antibiotics, retinoid, etc. depending on the type of your acne.
