How do I get rid of acne on my forehead?

I'm on this great medication for my acne and it's been clearing up my face. I'm also using Differen gel, but recently my forehead has been breaking out like crazy. They're just small bumps. not whiteheads or blackheads. I've just started working out a lot and i think it's from that. So what can I do? Without changing my medication and Differen

  1. How to cure a pimple

    1. Wash you skin thoroughly and pat it dry with clean towel.
    2. Wrap an ice cube in a washcloth and hold it over the spot for a minute or two; it’ll help bring down the swelling.
    3. Dip the end of a cotton swab into some diluted tea tree oil (available at any pharmacy, and trust me, this oil was meant for the skin!) and dot a tiny amount directly into the pimple.
    4. Leave it alone to heal. Don’t pop, pinch, or squeeze pimples, it will only make it worse. If pimple is still not healing, try using concealer to hide it. Don’t choose concealer darker or lighter than your natural skin tone, or you’ll draw attention to the problem. Here are the steps to using concealer:

~ If the pimple is dry and crusty, apply a little petroleum jelly (like vaseline) first to soften it.
~ Apply the concealer to the pimple using a clean cotton swab. (Don’t apply concealer on areas around the spot that don’t need it or you’ll just create a "halo effect".)
~ Pat some face powder over the concealer to set it and help it stay put all day long.

  3. Well how long have you been using it….usually about 2 to 3 weeks after using it you will break out a little…but no worries…this is just cause the skin is getting clean and all the old dirt is comthing out….just keep with it and washing your face and it should go away

  4. scrub your head with Ivory Soap

  5. Pin up your bangs if you have them .. or just the hair on your face in general ..

just do it while you sleep & when at home

    especially if you work out

the grease from your hair often affects your skin .. that’s why my forehead was always the first thing to break out

also, bring cotton balls and an astringent such as clean and clear sensitive skin ..

use that quick after you work out .. then moisturize & put your makeup back on if you need to

    good luck

  7. First, I understand where you’re coming from. I grew up with really bad acne, not only on my face but on my body as well. It was embarrassing and I tried everything including cleansers, creams, prescription medications, antibiotics, over the counter medications, and even shots from the dermatologist (ouch!) to get rid of it. I never did until many years later when it didn’t matter as much.

Here’s what I found out after lots of research and trial and error, the hard way.

It’s not a topical issue, it doesn’t help much to treat it from the outside, it’s an inside job. When you treat it from the outside it’s like treating the symptoms, not the cause. You’ll hear from many people that’s not the case, and it’s usually because they want you to buy their creams or lotions, and keep buying them month after month after month (or they haven’t experienced the truth). Of course, when you stop using it (as you’ve experienced) your blemishes come back… because you’re not treating the cause. And the costs for all of these routines/drugs add up month after month.

If you think about it logically, it makes sense. Why do we get rashes, breakouts, or other skin irritations? It’s usually because of something we ate, something that wasn’t meant to be put on our skin, something that caused us stress and our body reacts to all those things.

Bottom line is that most every cause of acne is related to what you eat, how you feel and how you take care of yourself. Your skin is a reflection of what’s on the inside. We have lots of toxins building up in our systems and they have to be cleaned out on the inside and that will reflect on the outside. The blemishes, rashes, acne, etc are indications that your body is reacting to what you’re eating, to stress, toxins, chemicals, hormones… literally a great number of things.

Basically what I did in a nutshell was clean out my system by taking out the processed and junk foods, and added as much fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet as possible. This part is key. I also started drinking a lot of water daily, starting with 3 or 4 glasses when I wake up (adding a squeeze of fresh lemon at times). I also got more active every day, walking, running, sports, jumping, whatever, just getting active. It not only gave me more energy, it help flush out the toxins that were clogging up my system.
