  1. The use of insensitive products does not help reduce spots. You need to continue taking pills which the GP has prescribed for you, as it helps get rid of the internal microorganisms which causes breakout of spots.

You need to drink plenty of water every day. At least 7-8 glasses throughout the day.

Get rid of acne products/creams/lotions. You need to switch to herbal remedies!

-The best cure is honey. Place a cloth in warm water and apply to your face/chest/back to open the pores. Smear on honey, and leave on for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water, then use cold water. Use once a week.

-Squeeze half a lemon and mix the juice with one beaten egg white. Leave on your face/chest/back overnight or, for a quick pick-me-up, just 15 minutes.

-Grind turmeric, sandalwood, neem leaves & gram flour to make a smooth paste & apply it on face and neck/back/chest (turmeric also gets rid of acne scars).

-Put a cotton wool in mint juice extract and then put it out & apply on the acne.

-Mix a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder with coriander juice & apply it on face/neck/back daily before going to bed. It is effective for blackheads & pimples.

-Garlic is also used for the treatment of acne. Rub garlic juice several times on pimple, it might hurt but the pimples will vanish without leaving a scar. Consuming raw garlic is also a permanent cure.

  2. I had the same problem
then i discovered lemon juice + water
every morning and every night just mix some
lemon juice with water and drink it w/in a wk you
should start to see results it worked for me sooo well
    hope i helped!! :D

  3. For some reason dairy makes you break out so try to stay away from milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc. Also, talk to your doctor about a pill form medication. That should help a lot more.

  4. Try to put lemon juice. Let it dry first before you wash it or go to bath. But it a little bit sore. Eat less oily food and use water base hair cream.
