How can I prevent acne?

I had very severe cystic acne when I was about 13, and did 7 months of Accutane to clear that up. It went away, and aside from the individual pimple here and there, I have been mostly acne-free for a year or two. I'm now 15 and seem to be getting a lot of zits again. Thankfully they're not cysts this time, but they're still annoying and occasionally painful, and they keep showing up on my face. I would really rather not do another course of Accutane, and I doubt I would even be allowed to do it so soon after a previous course. So I guess I'm just looking for general tips for preventing acne.

Thanks.

  1. It is very common for acne to reappear after a first course of accutane. About 20% of people need a second course after their first; and 15-25% need a third; A patient must wait 3-6 months between treatments. Since you’ve been off for a couple years, it’s perfectly fine to start another course. But if your not looking towards accutane at all, you should invest in a good topical gel from your dermatologist. I’ve been on two courses of accutane, and my acne comes back a little. I currently use tazorac gel. (Love it.) Your dermatologist however will decide what’s best for your skin. But, if your acne is reappearing and it’s painful, you may want to look into doing another course of accutane; gives you a higher chance of being acne-free for an even longer period of time (or forever.) It’s a wonderful drug when introduced and handled correctly.
    Good luck :)

  2. There is this new popular cream that people have been talking about.

It prevents future and existing acne, diminishes scars, and lightens skin and blemishes. Fast results too! (It’s been claimed that major results can be seen within a week and no later than two weeks)

Before and After photos are available at the given ebay site.

This person is providing 1-3 week trial samples (Only for ONE DOLLAR.. definitely a deal) on ebay at:

Search up "Cee En’s Acne Solution" on ebay.

First 100 customers can get the item for $1 for one week trial and up to 3 weeks. Or you can purchase 1 month supply for $40 or 6 month supply for $160

It’s expensive, but the product DOES work.

My sister and cousin who both have major acne have tried the product and they both give it thumbs up. I have also heard many great feedbacks about this cream.

I don’t have a problem with acne, but it seems to have great results on my sister who has moderate to severe acne. Her acne swelling went away overnight.

check the seller’s feedbacks on the cream

    I hope this helps. =)
