cheap things usually don’t work; you get what you pay for. just go to the dermatologist if you haven’t already and you’ll save not only time but money on whether or not this or that will work since everyone’s skin is different and therefore reacts differently to different acne treatments.

I would suggest not to use the products you see on advertisements as they tend to bring out spots in order to get rid of the stuff inside them, but if you have a consistent problem with acne I really wouldn’t use it. Go to your doctor and see if you can get prescribed for something called Zineryt (specifically for acne), it works amazingly well and from experience I’ve found it to get rid of spots literally overnight so it’s worth a try. If not, anything your doctor prescribes you will probably be effective.

My skin is exactly the same! I went to a dermatologist, though, and ended up getting this blackhead creme and a face lotion. Not sure how much it costs, but nothing much else worked with my skin, so if you tried a lot of other stuff, try to get a dermatologist’s prescribtion.

My boyfriend had a lot of acne and used clearasil pads and they really helped. Also, when you wash your face, don’t rub the facecloth everywhere on your cheeks. Most likely only your eyes. If those tips don’t work, maybe you should go see a doctor and he could subscribe you pills or some kind of cream.

Go to a dermatologist and ask about Retin-A. It works wonders!

ex-foliate cleanser that eliminates blackheads then apply acne control astringent/toner. why not try neutrogena or clean and clear? They are inexpensive and have products for your skin dilemma and they even recommend what to use with what when reading the back of their products or going to their website. When you visit their website you can take a skin test and they well best match products for you based on your answers.

Well it seems like you and I have similar skin problems, fortunately for me I have outgrown them over the past few years. There are several (cost friendly) products that you can buy to help with your acne. I would recommend looking into Proactiv or SkinID, the price isn’t too bad but its definitely worth it to have nice and clear skin. Unfortunately I am allergic most Acne Products that contain Benzyol Peroxide so I can’t really give a fair assessment of how the work.
Clean & Clear Products are my staples, and they’ve been working for me for the past 10 years. They are reasonably priced compared to other acne products and if for whatever reason I can’t find them I will generally buy Neutragena (since they are similar). Here’s what I do:
1) Wash your face every morning and night with a facial cleanser
– Try C&C Morning Burst Facial Cleanser
– Get one with beads to help exfoliate the skin
2) Use a facial scrub 2-3 times per week to get rid of dead skin and help clear blackheads
– Try C&C Blackhead Clearing Scrub (Love it)
– OR Try an Apricot Scrub (I usually buy St. Ives)
3) Moisturize your face daily with a facial moisturizer containing spf
– I Try C&C Dual Action Moisturizer
– I put it on every morning (before applying make-up) and night after cleansing
4) Get a facial OR Use a mask treatment monthly to get the skin soft, smooth and tight
– I like St. Ives Firming Mask
5) For quick fixes and emergency situations use an on-the-spot treatment for pimples
– Try C&C Quick Clear Spot Treatment Gel
This is just an example of what I do, of course you’ll have to come up with your own based on what you like and what works for your skin – but feel free to steal mine :) ! The important thing is start some type of regimen to follow, stick with it and your skin should clear up. Just be patient if you are first starting out – Rome wasn’t exactly built in a day!
GOOD LUCK! :)
