How can I get rid of this acne from stress? ?
I have been stressing plus the heat is making my face break out with acne and now i have blackheads on my face plus pimples. My skin has always been very clear and smooth but now I feel so ugly lol! I want to know whats a great solution to clear my skin back up or a really good makeup?

i totally know where you’re coming from. i’m sixteen and i used to have really bad acne! ( my pimples would be HUGE and they’d stay there for two weeks!)
anyway…for the blackheads use biore deep cleansing blackhead strips and for makeup (i know this is overused) but bare minerals.
i just recently went to the bare minerals store to get some stuff that was good for covering pimples, when the sales lady asked me if i was doing anything for my pimples. a little offended i said i had tried a LOT of things.
well what i’m getting at is that bare minerals has something called "rare minerals blemish therapy." you just put the powder on your plroblem areas and it works wonders!! i no longer get those nasty pimples and the scars that they left behind are healing so much faster and getting lighter.
so i strongly suggest that you invest in this stuff!!

Try buying oil free cleansing wipes to use throughout the day, this rids excess oil that builds up. Also, try using some sort of water-based makeup to prevent more acne.

First of all, if someone is stressing you out, confront that person. Don’t let them continue to walk all over you and make you feel bad. There is nothing wrong with confronting somebody about their behavior, and if they have a problem with it than they are meaning to hurt you and you should leave the situation or ask for someone’s help. Never be afraid to get help when someone is trying to hurt you.
Second, if it is a test at school, or it is something that is required, don’t let it stress you out. Tell yourself that life goes on and that you will get through whatever is going on, whether it takes you some time or not.
In order to clear your skin back up, eat more fruits and vegetables.
