How can i get rid of my acne acne scars and Blackheads naturally?

Okay so here is the deal, i have been having these really stubborn blackheads on my nose chin and on the side of my nose. They've been there for years and I haven't been wearing a lot of makeup or eating junk food. I don't want to see a dermatologist because My sister and cousin had lousy experiences while visiting them. I also have a few zits on my face shoulders and two on my chest. They are not big but I would like them gone. So I was wondering how can I get rid of them. What are some home remedies I could use for this. I would like to get rid of every thing because I am so frustrated right now. Thanks.

  1. I had the same problem for years, but I fixed it with a really easy and cheap routine. I do this twice a week, but if you have very sensitive skin, do it only once a week.

Step 1 (STEAM): Steam your face. It opens up all your pores and makes those stubborn blackheads easier to remove, Put water on the stove and bring to a boil. Cover your head with a towel and stand over the pot and close your eyes. Make sure you are far enough so that it doesn’t burn your face. You’ll know when it’s too hot! If you want, you can add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or rose water to the pot. They both act as a natural astringents. Do this for about 3-5 minutes. I usually listen to a song or two on the radio while I’m doing this.

Step 2 (CLEANSE): Wash your face with a facial cleanser. If your skin is normal, I would go with Dove bar soap. It’s a cheap way to cleanse your face. If your skin is oily, Dove can work as well, but I use Clinique’s facial soap (for oily skin) because it really gets out all the oil and gunk. It’s a bit pricey but it lasts for DAYS! If you have sensitive skin, go with a mild cleanser. I would recommend Basis Facial Soap. You can find it at Wal-Mart for only $1! It’s pretty amazing. When you’re washing off the soap, make sure you use warm water. It’ll keep those pores open still.

Step 3 (EXFOLIATE): Use a gentle scrub (like St. Ives Apricot Scrub) and, in circular motions, concentrate on all areas of your face, especially your nose and chin. Do this for about 3-5 minutes (again, listen to a song or two!) and make sure you don’t press too hard. This step will really get out all the stuff from your pores. Wash off with warm water and pat your skin dry.

Step 4 (MASK): Apply a mask and let it set for about 10-15 minutes. I use Queen Helene’s Mint Julepe Mask, which is about $4 a GIANT tube at Walgreens. It’s the only mask I know that is absolutely amazing, and dirt cheap while at it. This will tighten up your pores and suck out any remaining gunk from them. Wash off with COLD water! This will prevent your pores from opening again.

Step 5 (TONE): Use a GENTLE toner. Your skin, for the past 30 min or so, has been through a bunch of rigorous work, so don’t apply ANY alcohol-based toners. The best toner that I’ve used is plain rose water. You can find it at any health foods store, and it really keeps your skin glowing.

Note: Make sure that this routine does not exceed more than two times a week! You may not see a huge difference in one day, but if you keep at it, I guarantee you will see the benefits. Do NOT apply makeup or moisturizer for at least 12-24 hours after you do this. I usually do it on Thursday nights so that by Friday night, I can apply whatever I want to my face without feeling sensitive.

For an everyday routine, I wash my face twice daily with my Clinique facial soap. But in this daily routine, I make sure to wash off with cold water as I am not applying a mask afterwards. I then apply moisturizer (Olay’s Original Beauty Fluid) and my eyecream (Clinique’s All About Eyes) and proceed with either my makeup or going to bed, depending on the time of day.

Drink a lot of water. I know it seems like everyone says it, but it’s so important to the health of your skin. Drink at least two liters of water a day. I used to have horrible acne, and I found that, in conjunction with tons of water, green tea also really helped my skin. I drink about three or more cups a day, and it has really pushed away any urges I have for black tea, coffee, or sugary juices. Add honey to sweeten it and not sugar, as sugar can cause even more skin problems. I agree, green tea is an acquired taste, and even I hated it when I first tried it, but now I love it and can’t imagine a day without at least one cup!

For the rest of your body, try changing your soap. Go with something gentle and inexpensive, like Dove soap bars. Also, use a loofah so that you can daily exfoliate your skin. Before bed, take a cotton ball and use it to spread some lemon juice on the areas where you break out on your body. It may sting a bit, but it’s worth it in the end. Lemon juice naturally kills bacteria.

Sometimes, blackheads and breakouts in general can be caused by oily hair. Try washing your hair everyday, and if that’s something you already do or don’t want to do, switch shampoos. Buy something that is meant for oily hair so that your hair stays bacteria-free for longer. Also, keep your hair out of you face sometimes to let your skin breathe.

    Hope this all helped!

  3. I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
