   Get a good acne body, you can buy this at Walmart near the makeup isles. Wash your shoulders, back, and chest. Apply a spot treatment.

   You should also taking start a vitamin and minerals that help your body prevent acne. These are all inexpensive and available at your local drug store.

   I highly recommend taking "Chelated Zinc", it must be "Chelated" or it won’t work. Take 50-100 mgs every day and you will see dramatically clearer skin in less than two weeks.

   for your body try Neutrogena clear body wash, it works pretty well, also for your face use Neutrogena Acne Stress-control power-foam wash, this stuff is amazing and won’t dry out your skin, then go to your doctor and ask about an oral antibiotic, like Minocycline, and topical reitinoids such as differin, or retin-A, then use a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment on really bad pimples. Try taking zinc supplements too.
