In short, can’t really help black head and large pores but you can help acne scars and unven skin tone by drinking lots of water, eating foods without refined sugars and saturated fats (as much as possible) and if you’re really bad even after a good diet, then there is microdermabrasion treatment (expensive).
GENES
Good skin genes that give you clear, smooth and pretty skin is a requirment, either without a good diet or with a good diet.If you parents have good skin genes, then you should expect to have good clear, smooth and pretty skin.
Blackheads are what you have in your genes. Nothing you can do about them. You can buy those nose strip things, clean them out after steaming, have harsh facials in a salon, but the the large pores will remain and will get clogged again. You can’t shrink the pores, only slightly and temporarily if you make your skin cold, but that is just a natural reaction. The size of your pores will remain until perhaps after you’re 45 years old when they seem to shrink with age – then you’ll have other complaints about your skin, such as wrinkles and sagging which will bother you even more!!!
WAIT FOR PUBERTY TO END
Also, of course, if you between the ages of 12-20 time will get you through a bad skin phaze, although if your parents have bad skin then you’ll likely have the same skin even after puberty.
DON’T PICK HARSHLY AT SPOTS
You might be able to prevent the formation of acne scars by making sure you don’t pick at spots.
If you don’t have good skin genes from birth, then the best you can do is get your skin the best it can be by working on your diet and increasing your water intake. This can bring massive improvments to peopel’s skin. Lots of us have our own food intolerances, but the most common skin intolerances in people are to saturated fats and refined sugars.
Drink lots of water during the day which cleans the system. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veg. Cut down considerably as much as possible on foots with refined sugar and saturated fats.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER
The best medicine is to drink very warm water first thing in the morning before you eat anything. This cleans the system and skin.
EAT GOOD FOODS
Stop spots and whiteheads from forming by eating well and drinking lots of water. Cut out foods with saturated fast as much as possible.
(1) Replace butter or margarine on bread with low fat Philadelphia Cheese. Cut out butter, mayonaise, crisps, chips, chicken skin, any meat fat, pork pies anything else high in fat (but oily fish is good for your skin as that is not the same fat).
(2) Replace foods with refined sugars with foods that have natural sugar only, such as fresh fruit (grapes in natural yoghurt with no added sugar is a great sweat snack). You can find some musli bars have no added sugar (Trek and Nakd) but most of them are really high in refined sugar with the pretence of being healthy – avoid them! If you like sweet drinks, replace sugary drinks with Copella apple juice or Innocence fruit juices which have no added sugar. This is all natural and so won’t pollute your skin. Water is the best drink for your skin though and will improve it massively.
(3) Only eat homemade dinners. Cut out preprepared microwave dinners which have additives that give people bad skin. If you don’t have time to cook everyday, then cook larger amounts and freeze half to have another day. Stews and casseroles for example.
Having established a good diet for a few months you’ll notice a massive improvment.
If after improving your skin after changing your diet if you still think you want to improve your skin in terms of acne scars and uneven skin tone there is good treament. Yes.
I haven’t done it myself, but ‘microdermabrasion’ seems to produce good results. If you have a significant problem you might even get the treatment on the NHS.
You’ll still have black heads though. That’s in your genes. Ask your mum when her black head shrank with age so you can know when yours will probably go too.
Also, thinking ahead, make sure you wear sunscreen or avoid the sun or your skin will get less clear, smooth and pretty as you age and it’ll be too late to repair that damage when you’re older.

I know it’s probably not the answer you’re looking for but I recommend seeing a dermatologist. I too was having skin issues a few years ago and saw one myself. It may seem like a costly expense but the feeling once your skin begins to transform is sooo rewarding. The dermatologist I saw just happen to have a discount for cash paying customers. The recommended a regimen just for me that included two low-cost prescriptions that made so much of a difference. Every ones skin is different.
Good luck to you.

I’ve heard toothpaste helps. Also do ‘NOT’ pop any of your acne, it could result in even more acne or scars.I used to use Proactive;but it took a while to get a clear face,by the way don’t use Proactive my acne came back in less than a week of clearing it all up.I ended up getting Oxy Cleansing Pads .It works great (: !

i have the exact same thing as you !
go to the doctors and he/she will put you on antibiotixs called doxycyline. it will take a few months to see a big improvement but its sooo worth it trust me !
if you want a quicker improvent then your doctor can give you some cream called differin. it does not sting and is amazing !
hope this helps.
