How can i get clean skin i have acne on my chin and a break out on my forehead. and my skin is pretty dry.HELL?

Does anyone know some home remedy's on how to get rid of acne/zits fast?
ive tried tooth paste it works but its not good enough.
and how to prevent zits/acne from coming back.
