How can i cover up and fix my blemishes?

I get a lot of blemishes and pimples. My skin is also really oily. What product can i use to clear up my acne, like a spot treatment or some method or something. And also, what makeup is a good and oil free to cover them up becuase all the ones i use never seem to work. Thanks!

  1. I recommend that you (or your parents) buy the "Clear" acne skin care line from paulaschoice.com. It will help you out so much, I promise. It’s not horrible like other acne skin care lines. Read and follow the pamphlet included with the products. Use every product included in the line, even moisturizer, because it will cut down on the oil your skin produces.
If that’s too expensive, then go to Target/Wal-Mart/Walgreens/anywhere, and buy Phisoderm cleanser (one with salicylic acid) and use one pump-full in the morning and again at night, along with a light nightly application of Neutrogena On-The-Spot cream to your pimples. You can apply a thin layer under your makeup in the morning too – and remember to be as sanitary as possible with your makeup – use new applicators and powder pads after a few weeks. You’ll find packs of powder pads anywhere makeup is sold.
Also, don’t pick at your whiteheads, just squeeze gently, and don’t squeeze until they bleed. This minimizes the amount of scarring you get after the pimple heals.
Any redness you have might go down if you apply a thin layer moisturizer after you cleanse, morning and night. I would suggest you use CeraVe moisturizing lotion. Use it before you apply your On-The-Spot treatment. If you get the "Clear" skin care line I mentioned earlier, I think it has a moisturizer. If it does, use it.
I would buy Neutrogena stick concealer in one shade lighter than your skin tone (don’t buy green or pink concealer, just get the regular skin-toned kind) and Physician’s Formula pressed powder. Apply the stick concealer carefully, with the product on the end of a q-tip, dabbing the pimple and blending with your (clean) finger. Then *carefully* press a thin-to-medium layer of the Physician’s Formula over the spot you’ve concealed, and don’t touch it after that! Do that for each spot. To save time, do the powder step after you’ve used your concealer on every spot.
As for your oily skin, just apply a thin layer of powder over your entire T-zone and then use oil-blotting papers once or twice during the day instead of caking on layer after layer of powder throughout the day. Clean & Clear oil blotting sheets are what I use. Just be gentle when blotting over your concealer-covered zits if you do.
As for foundation, I don’t really have any recommendations, but maybe Mary Kay foundation would work for you if you even want to use foundation at all. It’s not necessary, even if you have zits, because the reality of it is, that if you use only a little makeup over acne then your makeup lasts longer and you look more natural. Weird, but true. If you do use foundation, get one that matches your skin tone, and apply a thin layer over your face (including over your zits) with your clean fingers, blending well. You can even dab a little thicker layer over your zits, then let it dry before you apply your concealer and powder.
For the same reasons why you should replace your powder pads every few weeks, you should use a new q-tip every time you apply your makeup or touch it up. This will help reduce the amount of acne you get.
    Good luck!

  2. use clinque fundation

  3. I started using this face wash called Pronexin. you just use it like 2 or 3 times a day, it’s really helped clear up my skin.

  4. i would sit down with a mary kay consultant because they can look at your skin and tell you what you would need to help your skin

  5. this worked so well for me (: i have oily skin to
when you wake up splash water on you face
then get dove/Dial or whatever hand soap you have and mix it into you hands until it gets foamy
then get a tablespoon of Sugar and rub in you palm with the soap.
it’ll get really white, then apply it to you face, and keep it there till it dries ( 5 mins or more if you like)
then rinse it off (: and apply a little bit of moisturizer and your good to go.
( the sugar crystals will cleanse the dirty right out of you pours and soften the pimple to make them more likely to pop on their own )
    i hope i helped
    -Paige
