I am 13 and going to a big wedding/party next Monday... I got a decent amount of bad acne... And lots of blackheads on my nose. Occasionally get between my lower lip and my chin... I only wash my face with a Dove bar of soap w/ a washcloth.. Any ideas of how I could easily clear up my acne fast? Any sort of product I can get at, say, Target? Wal Mart? etc..

Hi, try get a lotion with benzoyl peroxide in it (available at pharmacies). Don’t cover your face in it just dab it on the pimples it will help dry out and reduce the acne, also use a good face cleanser and toner like Neutrogena twice a day (morning and night), don’t use soap and wash it with clean hands. Change your pillowcases, as they could be filled with dirt and bacteria and could cause more pimples. Wear a good moisturiser daily with spf 15 (not an oily one though). If you have really oily skin you could dilute some dettol in water (otherwise it will sting) and put it on your worse affected areas as this helps decrease bacteria and dry skin out if you get really desperate. For blackheads steam your face and rub blackheads with a warm cloth after steaming, this helps my friend get rid of blackheads pretty good, make sure to cleanse your face after as your pores will be open.
