Home/over the counter acne treatments?

I used to be on the birth control pill. It helped my acne A LOT -- it made my acne nearly non-existent! BUT unfortunately I no longer have health insurance and can't afford the pills or the doctor visit/physical (for the prescription) without the insurance.

I do a mint mask 3 times a week, wash my face daily, moisturize, etc but >still< there are a few persistent zits that don't want to go away permanently. Are there any vitamins I could take or something like that which would give me the same effect the birth control pills did? I'm really sick of these zits and they are damaging my confidence a bit :-(

  1. I have had issues with acne also, however I’ve managed to overcome it after following the recommendations and guidelines from a book I bought that basically provides all the processes to follow and things to eat and not eat, and I didn’tt need to use anything unnatural at all.
I got the book and all the information I needed to help me with my get rid of acne off http://bit.ly/ergBwr
