Help with my pimple? Is this normal?
I recently just broke out with a few bad pimples, so now past couple of days i've been very attentive with washing my face and applying one of those spot acne treatment products (2% salicylic acid). Now the pimple looks really dried out where I did the spot treatment, but not gone. I'm wondering if this dried out looking pimple is okay? Like does that mean I should continue and it'll be gone soon? Or should I stop using the spot treatment because the drying out is bad?

Dried pimples mean that the ‘contents’ inside are beginning to dissipate, and the pimple will either soon pop itself or just disappear. In your case, since the dryness is only in a small area where you have been using spot treatment, it’s a good thing. You should though use a light moisturizer afterword to keep your skin from peeling later on.
Do continue using your spot treatment. If your pimples really are bad though, there most likely will be some type of mark or scar left over whether they were popped or not. A vitamin E tablet gel or some specialized scar reducing moisturizer should be applied in addition with your spot treatment until everything looks normal again.

don’t overuse or underuse products. You should always moisturize after you cleanse with a facial moisturizer.
