  1. If you have under the skin bumps on your forehead, and it’s happening when the weather is hot, I think I definitely know what is causing this. It happened to my daughter and we took her to the dermatologist. I know it sounds weird, but the dermatologist said that these bumps are actually caused by a fungus that lives on your scalp and can spread to your forehead. That’s why the bumps are mainly on your forehead and it’s also why it gets worse in hot weather. This fungus (which can also cause dandruff) grows out of control when it’s hot and humid. She prescribed a special shampoo, but you can buy it over the counter as a weaker formula. It’s called Nizoral Shampoo and it’s found where they sell dandruff shampoo. Using the apricot scrub every day can be irritating to these bumps and may make them worse. Also, your skin produces more oil in warmer months, so that could also add to the problem.

My suggestion is to get the Nizoral shampoo and to use a gentle cleanser to wash your face with in the morning and at night, like Neutrogena gentle facial cleanser.
Then finish off with the benzoyl peroxide pads or a toner that has 2% salicylic acid to exfoliate (as long as it’s not too drying for your skin).
Then use an oil free moisturizer. Neutrogena makes some good ones too. Spot treatment is important, just make sure you use one with 2% salicylic acid on the bumps and it will exfoliate your skin, open up the clogged pores and get rid of the bumps.
It’s important to not stress out your skin with too many over-drying or harsh products because this will irritate your skin and could cause it to produce even more oil, which leads to more breakouts. You are definitely using too many products in your routine.
Clean and Clear just came out with a whole line of products that work together to clear up skin problems, you could try that, or Proactive products are also very good and not too expensive. But dont stop using the Nizoral shampoo and never squeeze the bumps.
Skin problems can be frustrating, but give it about 2 weeks to see results, because it will take that long for the products to work. If over the counter products end up not working for you, please go to a dermatologist, because they can prescribe special products that work miracles on your skin that arent available in stores.
Good luck and I hope this helps!

  2. ok what you need to do is drink lots and lots of water!
i went to the doctor last year cuz my skin would not stop breaking out and he told me to drink tons of water. and i still do! and my face is clear.

    can you please
    answer my .?

  3. Go see your doctor and he will give you a prescription to get rid of your acne.

  4. first of all, your probably breaking out beacuse its summer and you sweat alot, or if you go in the pool alot the chlorine can make you break out and also dont use that much on your face its too harsh for your skin it’ll dry your face out which would cause it to make more oil that usual and that can make you break out. i usually do the clean and clear face wash tehn clear and clear toner and then clean and clear moisturizers and sometimes clearasil spot treatment twice a day. and sometimes i even skip the toner, but make sure you dont wash your face too much!

  5. drink a lot of water it helps

use salicylic acid or something before you use benzoil peroxide

also you might be putting to much stuff on your face that could be closing your pores and causing the zits

  6. Your skin goes crazy when you mix chemicals. Even when you use it at different times, some chemicals just don’t mix and gives you a whole bunch of pimples on your face. You should give your skin a break for two days and stick with one of the products.

p.s.Theres this pill called lecithin (it comes from an plant, you can find it in the organic pill aile in stores like rite aid ) it cleans your face. But you have to give it some weeks, you’ll see the differnce.
    Hope this helped.

  7. stop stressing out so much!!! i can tell by all the exclamations and your overuse of punctuation. those products most likely dont work cause your body is under extreme anxiety and stress. Stay in and watch TV and play with your dog and think happy thoughts.

I get a shitload of break outs right before my exams cause im stressed out so bad. Find peace with yourself and i think your acne will disappear.
