rub your face with cheese…..preferably Gorgonzola

If you overwash, it’ll kick up the oil production. Cut down to once a day. I recommend switching to Neutrogena acne prone bar soap (not the cleansing cream). Use an astringent at night. Or switch to Proactive which works great.

I use the Mary Kay acne treatment and face scrub. It really works for me but everyone’s different. Just try different things. Maybe talk to your doctor?

Ew. Forget the cheese. Get this stuff called "Clear Skin Serum" by a company called MyChelle. You can get it at a health food store. It’s awesome. I’ve used it for a week and my skin went from yuck to clear in about 4 days.

I don’t know why, but lots of pure water, at least 12 glasses a day will help the body to flush out the toxins in the body that help to create pimples.

Well, I had a similar problem. I found out that washing your skin too much will over-dry it, thus making the acne worse over time. Try cutting back on how often you wash your forehead. Try once every two days. Also, don’t use a lot of soap. If you can, instead, use an acne wash with salyic(SP?) acid. When your done, apply some facial moisturizer that DOESN’T contain oil. Like a water based moisturizer. It helped me. Every now and then, I get acne, but it’s no where near as bad as it was. I hope that helps. If not, well, sorry.
Cheers,
D.S.

1. Sometimes styling products form your hair drip onto your forehead if you sweat.
2. Over washing can leave your skin vulnerable to more pimples.
Sometimes pimples are just our hormones… no matter what you do.. they crop up.
Try another sensitive skin cleanser… ??
