  1. I don’t know about you but I used to take 3 long steamy hot showers a day and that was the cause of my acne.

Now I take short showers with warm water twice a day and it helped a lot.

Washing your face too much dries and irritates your skin and hot humid conditions causes your pore follicle to enlarge.

Oh yeah drink lots and lots of water, about 6-8 glass a day and wash your pillowcases often.

    hope that helps.

  2. chop em of f your face with a rusty syringe u psycho bitch

  3. Dont touch them. Go see a dermatologist and he/she will get rid of them without doing any damage

  4. Try to put tomatoe slices on your face (or crushed it & apply it on your face like applying facial mask) it has lots of vit. C-good for make ur pimples gone (It works for me though!) :)

  5. to prevent zits, wash your face. believe me, im lazy, but when you’re bored, wash your face. it helps. also drink water and eat healthy foods. avoid chocolate. some people say eating chocolate doesn’t cause you to break out… but it does for me! if u must pop a pimple, don’t cover it up using makeup even tho it is tempting. go to the drugstore and find a zit treatment with salicylic acid in it. that will clean the break out area and prevent further zits. good luck.

  6. Figuring out the cause of acne is probably the first step by that I mean- is your acne hormonal? You mainly break out only right before your menstral cycle or perhaps related to mood swings? I would ask my doctor for some advice before I tried anything drastic. Some common sense approaches I have learned in my 30 years- for instant overnight treatment a tiny dab of a paste (not gel) toothpaste works somewhat. Cleaning your face with phisoderm or other gentle but effective cleaner 2-3 times a day will help as well. Avoiding certain foods (yeah I know it sucks but how bad do you want clear skin?) such as chocolate, soda, sugar in general may help. Chocolate breaks me out within 24 hours- not everyone is as sensitive as me though. Avoid irritants such as any smoke, harsh chemicals as these can break you out badly if you are sensitive. There is usually no quick fix for acne. You need to search for long term solutions like what I have mentioned and meanwhile invest in some good redness/acne concealer (I love physicians formula stuff). Best of luck!

  7. Ok, it depends on the degree of acne you have. The best thing I can recommend is a cleanser like Olay Foaming Cleanser which will clean your pores without overdrying your skin. Also, use sunscreen, you may not realize it, but often your skin, with makeup and in reaction with the heat of the summer, will become bumpier and more zits will appear. As for makeup, try not to use too much as it will clog your pores, and try steaming your face once a week and then mixing yogurt and oatmeal together until its chunky and spreading it on your face. This is an excellent mask that will exfoliate and hydrate your face. Last tip — drink lots of water, it will help.

  8. Try putting a cold compress on the pimple you scratched. Is your skin sensitive and/or oily? If it’s oily (which might be the cause) you can try True Pore-Fection for oily/combination skin by Avon or you can also try Avon Clearskin. If your interested my Avon website is http://www.youravon.com/kathymaldonado. Good Luck!

  9. use mud mask and always wash u r face before sleeping

  10. Drink lots of water and exercise if you want to get rid of those pimples. Thats the long term solution.

  11. proactive? stop eating oily food. eat healthier. and dont over-wash your face. that causes your oil glands to overproduce causing blemishes and such or blame your parents for the bad genes.

oh and dont touch them! dont poke at them dont pick them. if thats too hard put a little toothpaste on it.. that will obviosuly prevent you from touching it and it will reduce redness

  12. I have tried a lot of priducts and frankly they do not work. Do not waste your money on proactiv, it looks irresistable on the ads, but it does not do anything. Eat EXTREMELY healthy preferably organic foods. Roaccutane is the only meducation out there that has 99% success rate at treating acne.

  13. again years ago they believed that when you first noticed a pimple you should put a dab of toothpaste on it and it did work
but also works great is tea oil which you can purchase at sallys beauty supplies

  14. Lime juice, tomato slices, home made packs can be used for treating acne. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for pimples at
