No I haven’t tried it. Drink white tea to prevent acne. And for the love of God, do NOT use benzoyl peroxide whatsoever. I just read that it’s one of the 3 ingredients in cold fusion. It releases free radicals in the body that cause premature aging, ACNE, and it’s also linked to skin cancer. Fortunately, white tea FIGHTS free radicals in the body that cause acne, premature aging, cancer, cardiovascular disease… you name it, white tea fights it. Just don’t use anything with benzoyl peroxide. Not even as a spot treatment. Like I said, it CAUSES free radicals to be released in the body. That means that it will make your acne continue. Amazing, isn’t it? Apparently greedy companies want you to think that without their product, you will have acne. Benzoyl peroxide kills the bacteria that causes acne, yes. It unclogs your pores, yes. It makes it to where you’re stuck using their product for life, YES. The best thing you can do is drink white tea, put a white tea bag or green tea bag over your zit for 20-30 minutes and rinse. According to the Chinese face map, different parts of your face are affected by different organs. That’s why white tea is effective in fighting acne. It’s been proven to help almost every organ in the body. The chinese face map below will help tell you which organs are in distress. Hope I helped.
I use St. Ives Green Tea cleanser and I made my own toner with aloe vera gel, lemon juice, and green tea (the main ingredient). There’s a video on youtube showing how it’s made.
Aloe vera gel will get rid of redness, heal skin, and even dry out pimples. So if you have a big pimple, aloe vera gel is most effective as a spot treatment. But it doesn’t PREVENT pimples, which is what you need. It can only get rid of existing ones.
