Good plan for getting rid of acne?
okay so I am stuck with blackheads and redness due to post acne and a few small pimples. Will this plan work?
everyday morning wash face with dove moisturizing soap, and apply toner and moisturizer. At night rinse face with water.
On top of this..3 days a week use Neutrogena Blackhead Scrub (exfoliant) (do this after washing face, prior to toner/moisturzier)
Then like once a week or so in morning or night after face wash apply baking soda face mask or lemon juice toner (for redness).
Will this plan not be too much on my sensitve skin, get rid of blackheads, reduce redness/inflamation, and clear up my skin overall?

Also..once a week before baking soda mask I was going to steam my face to open pores
Or should I also wash face with soap at night instead of just rinsing?
