Going to dermatologist next week, best treatment plan for acne?
I've had acne since I was about 11 or 12 years old and now at 23, it's not much better. I've tried over the counter face washes, acne cream, moisturizers, etc. and none of them work. Sometimes my face will be almost clear for a few weeks, then I get 10 zits at once...mostly on my chin and cheeks. I get more around my time of the month, like a lot of women, but I get a new one almost every 1-2 days.
What type of acne medication do you suggest?

if you get a lot near your period then it is likely hormonal. you may want to try some kind of birth control.
as for a treatment plan, well you’ll be going to the dermatologist anyway and they’ll find the right one for you because everyone is different. they will assess your skin type and help you find out the cause for you acne and find the proper medicines, washes or even dietary plan for you.

Empty your bowels and clean out your stomach. Read and study about iridology.

1) Rub lemon juice on the scar/marks. This will lighten the color. Apply the juice and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Wash off your face and then apply a sun block lotion.
2) Make a paste of sandalwood powder, black gram powder and rose water. Apply it on the area and I possible leave it overnight. Wash it with cold water the next morning. If you find that it makes you skin too dry then add some milk into it.
If these tips did not work for you, do not lose heart you can still try some other tips. Good Luck
