Getting rid of chest blemish marks?

So occasionally I have a little chest acne. Actually I don't even think I could call them zits because sometimes alot of it is just these little bumps on my upper and lower chest area. I exfoliate, use face wash on them. If one is actually a zit and I do have to pop one however, there are always these little raised white marks on me after it's gone. I have very fair skin, and they always show on my chest unless i'm tan. It's not bad, but it's enough to bug me. Would anyone call these post bump marks a scar, or new skin marks? And how would I go about getting rid of them? They seem to not go away at all.

  1. It will burn a little if any of the blemishes are open, but rub a slice of lemon across your chest. It has something to do with the acid in the lemons to help clean and clear up acne. It dries it right up within a day at most.

The marks that are left behind sound like scars.
