For people who have used it ONLY………..Does proactive really work? truthfully?
off the counter acne treatment's don't work very well. I always see Commercials on PROACTIVE. Does it seriously work, or is that a fraud????

I have never used it, but it works.

It works for me. Works for a co-worker and my cousin.
I have a skin condition called cystic acne, and I barely get them anymore because I use ProActive.
It may or may not work for you, everyone’s skin is different.

it will work on most people. it wont work for everyone. my sister and i have used it and works. we don’t use it everyday anymore b/c our acne/pimples are not as bad as they used to. our cousin on the other hand says it doesn’t work for her.
try using it for 3 months. call the number when its at $19.95. otherwise you will pay a lot of money : )
if it doesn’t work, cancel it and go to a dermatologist.

My daughter has been using Proactive for several years. It seems to work…don’t know what her skin would be like now if she stopped using it, though. One con is that the stuff bleaches any fabrics it touches so towels, clothes, sheets can be ruined. Another con is the price. I have heard that there are better products out there, even one that was introduced by the inventors of Proactive after they sold off the rights. But I am not thrilled at the prospect of trying something new so we have stuck with the Proactive. I’d rate it a 7/10. Hope this helps.

Proactive does not work. I have a patient with acne who has tried everything to clear up acne. You should try cutting back on your dairy intake. Cow milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc. Great alternatives are goat milk, cheese, yogurt, and soy non dairy "ice cream".
Also, check your saliva and urine pH. I bet your body is too acidic, and your acne is your body’s way of getting rid of these extra toxins. Whole food green barley products like Alka-Green will help as well. I would also reccommend seeing a B.E.S.T. practitioner or a chiropractor to see how your nervous system is functioning.

For some people, it works. For other people, it doesn’t work. So just try it…yeah, buy the $20 one, it’ll last only a month though.
