Does the Clean & Clear advantage kit get rid of blackheads?

I just bought the kit on Monday, and have been using it twice a day. I generally have clear skin already, but the small amount of acne I do get, I don't want. It's done a pretty good job and clearing that up though.

My huge problem area, is my chin. I have so many blackheads clustered in one general area on my chin, I've tried everything but they won't go away!
Does the Clean & Clear advantage (three step treatment) kit clear blackheads??
