Does excercise and a good diet help relieve skin and acne?



Because i still have acne no matter what. And i think dermatologists are waste of time.........ive been there done that...........ive even done proactive.


Right now im wating for results from New Sun products.......ACS and the Burdock root. I apply to my face, shoulders, chest and back.
GOD I HATE ACNE!

    The cause of acne is stress and hormones.

    Despite what people tell you, It’s not caused by what you eat, what you drink, how you sleep, or how often you wash.

    Control stress and hormones and you control breakouts.

    Trust me on this…my skin is clear and I don’t use any fancy products or gimmicks.

  3. running is good and wen u sweat its cleaning out your pores also drink alot of water while and after running thats what my p.e coach told me to do ant bactiral soap is good too :)

  4. exercising makes you sweat and if you sweat alot in the face then that could be causing your acne.
    so after a work out wash your face

  5. Your diet has more effect on your skin than excercise. Try to get rid of fatty, oily foods in your diet. Also, dairy products can cause acne.

    Getting in the sun usually helpsw clear my face up. I just lay in the sun for 30 minutes or so, and for the next week or so my skin looks great!

  6. It is a proven fact that in countries where people’s diet don’t usually consist of sugar, but of fruit, vegetables, and pork or chicken, acne doesn’t exsist.

    so….there ya go…..eating healthy does play a part in the way your skin acts!
