Does anybody know of any good treatments for or ways to get rid of Bacne (Acne on the back) ?
I've had it for about 7 years, but now that I'm a little older, it's effecting me, socially - I can't wear certain tops that I'd like to wear, etc. It has cleared up over the years, but there are many scars and I still get fresh spots when I sweat - I sweat a lot.

Hydrate your self with lots of water. Try having a healthier diet. You can also use milder sopas such as cetaphil.

Wash this area well in the shower, use something effective, like a scrub brush, and brush those, areas with it, with soap of course. Use tea tree oil on each pimple, every day after the shower.
