DESPERATE!: what is the best pimple treatment?

ugh! im so frustrated! i've been looking online for hours...

I don't get acne at all, about one pimple every month. I would like to know what is the best and most effective DRUGSTORE acne medication...not cleansers, toners or scrubs....just a simple ointment that will work to reduce the size of my monthly pimples.

Thanks!

    Natural Acne Remedies
The most effective means of treating acne-prone skin is to employ varying water temperatures. Washing your face with warm to hot water removes dirt, oil and makeup and opens the skin’s pores; rinsing with cool water will then shrink pores and stimulate circulation.
"Cool water is actually a bit of an anti-inflammatory,
    additional acne treatment: pumpkin.
Mix 200 grams of pumpkin pulp with 1 tablespoon of non-fat sour cream and apply it to your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water. This will cleanse your face, open up your pores and give your skin a glow!

For another simple pimple remedy, recommends soaking a chamomile teabag in warm water, then applying the teabag to the affected area for 15 minutes. The teabag works as a warm compress and contains flavonoids and bisabolol, which have anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe the pimple and reduce redness.

  2. Try Spectro Jel on the spot/pimple/affected area for a couple days. That stuff worked for me really well and seems to clear it up within 5 days for me.

  3. neutrogena gel serum

  4. Whenever I would get one or two pimples,I would put a dab of white toothpaste on it overnight.I recommend using colgate or a strong toothpaste. It has some stuff on the toothpaste that kills germs and bacteria leading to a smaller pimple. Also try using baking soda and water,I tried it once and it made my skin glow! They say its for acne also.google it up…Oh and try putting on a drop or two of lemon on that pimple.lemon/lime is acid,so it will burn the pimple, killing the germs that cause the pimple.

  5. Be careful using toothpaste, it can burn your skin…
