chest/back acne?
i know that it's normal for teens to have acne, but lately i've been self concious of the acne that i get on my chest and back. i exercise every day and the sweat gets into the pores. i would really like to get rid of the chest acne at the least because whenever i wear a bathing suit, you can see it!
any home remedies (besides aspirin mask) or OTC things i can get at CVS that work for chest/back acne? with quickest results possible?!
thanks

Rub Head & Shoulders (the classic version) over your chest and back. It can be foamy or non-foamy. Don’t put the Head & Shoulders on your body for too long since it can make your body red for a few days.
If you also have some spots (due to acne) on your chest and back, then mix white toothpaste with 1 – 2 drops of either apple vinegar or rice vinegar. Make sure the mixture doesn’t feel like liquid. Apply it for 15 – 20 minutes or all night long and wash it off with warm water. You may notice that your chest and back feels either really cool or really hot but that’s normal.

The best tip I ever got was to use lemons. Pour the juice over the outbreak. Open the pores first with a hot bath. Use clay mask on your back and chest once a week to control oil.

I’m 28 and battled acne/zits since I was 12. Go buy some Neutrogena body wash for acne. It’s in the section with the other acne creams (CVS has their own brand too). Use it whenever you shower. You can also get some astringent and apply to back/chest with a cottonball. Make sure it contains salacylic acid. Look for this on the back on the bottle.
Recently I discovered tea tree oil. I love this stuff. It clears up my hardcore pimples. You can get it at a health food place or anyplace that sells essential oils. I got mine on amazon.com. I apply it to my zits in the morning and at bedtime.

When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day whether you exercise or not to avoid bacteria buildup.Try http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/ for more info.
