i use murad clarifying body spray. runs about 30 bucks a bottle, but it does WONDERS!!! use it after showers, and what i do is i exfoliate my chest and back really really well. scrub hard! then spray. itll sting, but it will clear it up in days!
when im on a budget, or when i run out of my murad spray, i just make sure to exfoliate really well, and then i dab on some rubbing alcohol after my showers. dries the acne right up.
My son has this problem too. What has helped him alot is taking 2 showers a day & getting as much sun on his back as he can. Look up natural remidies using honey. Consulting a doctor if nothing seems to help. Don’t forget your diet has alot to do with it also. Chocolate & Caffiene are a no no.

you can get medicine prescribed my bortther has it its like a body wash in the shwoer…it works!
ask your pharmisit

neutrogena makes a body wash. it works for some people. it kinda works for me. but trust me, even perscription stuff doesn’t work for me.
