   treat your chest the same as you would your face…. wash it with acne wash twice a day, use moisturizer on it (dont over do it), maybe you can bring a change of clothes with you to put on after practice, like change your shirt after practice or bring another sports bra to change into. you can even go to teh bathroom and rinse off your chest with water and pat it dry. don’t keep your sweaty clothes on longer than you have to and it will clear up.

   use pure health food store apple cider vinegar. if u dont believe me google it.

   u need to use a moisturising soap,and at night dot some tooth paste on a few of them to dry them up-sounds crazy but my 2 daughters did it and it works..lol

   Proactive has a great body wash that works for me! If you shower with the stuff immediately after your activities, it would probably help out.
