Can you please help me with my severe acne!?

It's worse now than it has EVER been in my whole life. I used to complain when I had like ten pimples, but now I wish I could go back in time to have that! Many teenagers complain about having one single zit, but I would give everything to just have that! I'm in 12th grade, and I've had acne since the beginning of 7th grade. I've tried so many facial cleansers, topical treatments, and I've been to the dermatologist a numeral of times. I've been on three different acne treatments by the dermatologist so far. All of them work at first, but I guess when my face becomes 'immune' to it; it stops working.. which is about after a month or two. Right now I'm on the ointment ziana plus the pill solodyn. I've been on erythromycin-benzoyl peroxide topical gel, and tazorac cream. Yes, I've already tried the Pro-Activ and Clean&Clear system. I don't wear any make-up powder or foundation. I've changed my detergent, I wash all my blankets, changed my shampoo and conditioner, but nothing seems to help. I tried that trick of using toothpaste, alchohol, and many more! I'm desperate right now, and I refuse to use accutane because of the side effects. Please help me! :(

Here's my acne right now;

What makes matters worse is I have school tomorrow, and I go to a school where not ONE girl has acne :( Also, my dream is to become a model.. the first thing photographers and agents look at is your skin.

i DON'T THiNK iT'LL EVER GO AWAY :(

  1. some teenagers just have excessive acne, especially at your age. I’d say, use a proven facial cleanser and use it multiple times a day, if it says "use twice" use it 3 or 4 times if you can, you can also buy oil absorbing sheets, use those through out the day if you have oily skin (or even if you dont, it helps to get any dirt off your face) I used pro-active and it worked wonders for me. my advice would be to get a 2 or 3 step system, with facial clenser, a toner (that helps fight acne) and/or lotion or cream that you wear overnight that fights acne while you sleep. also to wear an ance fighting lotion through out the day (instead of make up). Try NOT to touch your face as much as possible, and stay away from greasy and oily foods, be very hygenic, shower daily, if not twice and wash your clothes (putting on or taking off shirts that have been worn a couple of times can transfer oil and dirt from your body to your face)
you dont want your face to be oily but you dont want it to be really dry either. so I’d say find a clenser with natural moisturizers or a lotion that fights acne.
I have a friend and he had acne as bad as yours when he was your age, hes 19 now and his face is clear. only a pimple here and there sometimes. so it will go away. another suggestion, go on birth control, because hormones affect acne as well. birth control pills can help with acne.
    hope that helped!

  2. 1.Baking soda can be used as a great scrub. To start off, you’ll want to mix a small amount of baking soda with some water for form a paste. Gently massage the paste into your skin for ten to fifteen seconds. Then rinse the baking soda off, and pat your face dry with a clean towel.

2.Lemon or lime juice can also be substituted for vinegar. Both of these juices are rich in citric acid, and can exfoliate your skin very well, halting the growth of acne spots, as well as fading previous, non-active acne quicker.

3.Crack an egg, removing the yolk so that just the egg whites are left behind. Beat these egg whites, and apply them directly to your face. Let it sit for fifteen minutes, and then rinse the egg off.

4.Aloe Vera has been used for many years in kitchens for topical application to burns. Another benefit of aloe is that it can prevent scaring, fade marks and help heal acne spots.

5.Each time you wash your face, use sugar to scrub it, at least once a day, for two weeks, to rid yourself of acne.

6.Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day.

7.Apply crushed marigold leaves on acne.

8.Boil and mash plums to get 8 teaspoons of pulp. Add a teaspoon of almond oil, and apply on the face.

9.Make a paste of turmeric powder, and apply evenly on the acne.

10.Mix together neem leaves paste, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, sandalwood paste and gram flour. Apply on the acne and let it dry well before rinsing.

11.Powder half a cup a whole green gram. Mix it with two tablespoons wheat bran. Regular application of this will clear skin of acne.

    good luck : )

  3. try aloe vera gel tea tree oil or sandalwood you should also go on a body cleanse and make smoothies with fruit no sugar and wash face 2x a day dont use stridex proactive they dont work after its gone keep cleansing your face

  4. ive tried everything too and it just wont go away ]= it feels like my life is ruined and feel left out. ive used the erythromycin benzoyl peroxide topical gel before and it made my skin really itchy and didnt smell very good so i stopped after using the whole thing, and moved to neutrogena but my face didnt get any better and i didnt see any results. idk what to do either. some people say you can try rubbing or washing lemon on your face. if you do happen to find a medication that cures acne msg me [=

  5. Use a mild soap if your face is a combination only wash your face once a day cuz you will dry it out. Also change your pillow case once a week the fabric holds oils in it. And most of all don’t touch your face to much your fingers have oils don’t pop the pimples you don’t want a scar. Best way is natural ways . and don’t stress about it . It will go away and you will have perfect skin.
